Re-opening of Alfreton Library following maintenance

Alfreton Library re-opens on Tuesday 28 June 2011 following 12 weeks of essential maintenance work.

Up to £120,000 has been spent on replacing the building’s electrical and heating systems, redesigning the reception and counter area, installing self-service machines and decorating and re-carpeting.
