NOTICE OF ELECTION – North East Derbyshire – Election of Parish Councillors:
Morton – Number of Parish Councillors to be elected: Nine

- Forms of nomination for Parish Elections may be obtained from Clerks to Parish Councils or Council House, Saltergate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1LF from the Returning Officer who will, at the request of an elector for any electoral area prepare a nomination paper for signature.
- Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Council House, Saltergate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1LF on any day between 9:00am and 5:00pm or by prior arrangement after the date of this notice but no later than 4pm on Thursday, 9th April 2015.
- If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 7th May 2015.
- Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council House, Saltergate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1LF by 5 pm on Tuesday, 21st April 2015.
- Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council House, Saltergate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1LF by 5 pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015.
- Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of physical incapacity, where that physical incapacity occurred after 5 pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council House, Saltergate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1LF by 5 pm on Thursday, 7th May 2015.
