New park - now open

The new park opened on the afternoon of Monday 21 May 2012.
The fencing around the park has to still to be completed (fence posts on order) and there is still some rope on order to complete the activity walk. The old fencing which has been reused to save cost will be repainted mid June to match the new fencing.
The new planting scheme will be planted on Sunday 3 June 2012.
The official opening of the park will take place on Sunday 24 June 2012 at around 12.30pm, although the park is available for use immediately.
