Development of 34 dwellings at land by Sitwell Villas

Following the recent granting of outline planning permission, Harron Homes is preparing a detailed planning application for residential development on land at Stretton Road, Morton (between Sitwell Villas and 85 Stretton Road).
The design solution proposes a development for 34 dwellings in a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, including the provision of affordable homes.
