A happy ending for Headless Homer thanks to an article in the Derbyshire Times

Posted on October 30 2014

Poor Headless Homer had his head stolen during Saturday night and, although the head was returned on Sunday, the whole scarecrow including the chair he was sitting on was stolen during Sunday night. The news of the missing Homer was published in this weeks Derbyshire Times, which has led to the return of Homer and an apology by the two Mansfield lads who took him.

Sadly Mary Mary Quite Contrary and Cruela de Vil have also both been stolen.
