North East Derbyshire District Council has just published the list of candidates standing in the Morton Parish Council election. There are 12 candidates for the 9 vacancies and so a poll will be taken on 7th May 2015.
Mobile police surgeries
Safer Neighbourhood officers will be heading out on the road to host a number of drop-in police surgeries for local residents. Over the coming months, the South Eastern Safer Neighbourhood Team will be hosting community surgeries to give residents the chance to chat with them about any issues affecting their community.
