Morton Parish Council

Welcome to the new Morton Parish Council website. Our previous website gave comprehensive coverage of the Parish Council – all this content has been incorporated in this new website. The new website also includes much more information about Morton Village and the amenities and facilities that can be found in the village. One major new section is a “What’s on” guide to all the events that take place in Morton. If we have missed any events then please let us know and we will be happy to add them.

Our village lies at the very centre of England with the dead centre position marked by an Oak tree.

The village has a church believed to have been founded in the 8th Century, a village hall, a primary school, a cricket club, a public house and a shop (incorporating a post office).
